Executing Ahmedabad’s Biggest UK Education Fair

Qualifi Education Fair 2023 was all about opening the gates wide open not only for the students but also for their parents who are equally concerned about the future of their children. Held at the premium Courtyard by Marriott, the Qualifi Education Fair 2023 saw in attendance more than 2000 students in the entire day wherein they got the opportunity to interact with representatives from over 30 universities.
The Process
To streamline the entire process, we integrated technology in the registration process with a registration portal that gave us the exact stats of the number of students registering for the event. We showcased our Digital Marketing prowess by running captivating Facebook Ads, managing the leads and forwarding them to the client in the lowest CPC possible. Over a period of 1 month, we tapped more than 4000 registrations from students who were interested in giving their dreams a flight to a foreign country.
The D Day
We extended our designing services for the SP Fair 2023 by churning the best of layouts as per the venue. Our vision was to give the students and their guardians an immersive experience from the moment they step inside the venue. We planned out the most effective walkway route for the attendees to ensure that they get to visit a maximum number of representatives and their universities at the venue. Large-scale branding panels with captivating visuals of the UK, effective communication to connect with the student audience and installation elements that would interest the audience to click a photograph were all a part of our expert execution process. We also installed a telephone booth at the venue, symbolizing the famous London Phone Booth, to give the students a hands-on feeling of being in the UK.
